A creamy, probiotic-rich snack or breakfast that comes together in under two minutes! Packed with gut-healthy probiotics, prebiotic fiber, and antioxidant-rich berries - simple, beautiful, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
• 1 cup organic plain whole fat Greek yogurt or kefir
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 tbsp good quality raw organic honey
• 1/2 cup fresh strawberries or any berries of your choice
Instructions
Step 1 - Add yogurt or kefir to bowl: Pour the Greek yogurt or kefir into a bowl or cup.
Step 2 - Add chia seeds: Sprinkle the chia seeds over the yogurt or kefir and stir gently to combine.
Step 3 - Drizzle with honey: Drizzle the raw organic honey over the top.
Step 4 - Top with fresh berries and serve: Top with fresh strawberries or your favorite berries and serve immediately. Everything in one beautiful bowl!
